PerformanceLAX is dedicated to the education and training of athletes on how to play and condition for the sport of lacrosse. Our goal is to support the growth of the sport in the community by improving awareness and providing the tools to not only get started in the game, but to excel!

Clayton Wight is a local lacrosse coach and personal trainer in the Sarasota / Bradenton area. Clayton, along with a few other passionate, former lacrosse players-turned-coach, established lacrosse in the area with it’s first team in 2004.

Jamie Carver
Coach Carver attributes much of his success in life to the guidance he has received from his High School and College Coaches.
